This extraordinary gem of a museum traces the history of the world’s third busiest shipping canal. Owned and operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, this waterfront historic site is located inside the original 18th century pump house that once controlled the water levels in the locks along the first edition of the canal. Broken Spoke Vineyard & Winery is located on Maryland’s Eastern Shore of Maryland, one of the state’s largest wine regions. The winery is also a part of the Rivers to Canal Wine Corridor on the upper shore. The winery is a member of the Chesapeake Wine Trail.

Elk Neck State Park is located in Cecil County on a peninsula, formed by the Chesapeake Bay on the west and the Elk River on the east. The park has 2,370 acres of land and includes 250 campsites, four youth group sites and 15 cabins. Varied landscapes include marshlands, heavily wooded areas, white clay cliffs and sandy shorelines.

Bayheads Brewing Company is a nano brewery located in Chesapeake City, Maryland. Founded in 2016 by three small-town, hard-working guys who love brewing great craft beer. The company name, Bayheads, is based on the founders' roots in Maryland's Eastern Shore along the various rivers leading to the famous Chesapeake Bay.
